Dr Jane Goodall's Inspiring Talk at HKU: A Call to Action for Youth and Society

The Wong How Man Centre for Exploration (WHMCE) had the immense honour of welcoming the legendary Dr Jane Goodall, DBE, for its Distinguished Lecture Series in 2024. Dr Goodall's inspiring talk, "Exploring the Unknown: The Passion to Understand and Inspire the World," profoundly impacted the audience. Her unwavering commitment to exploration and conservation resonated with all, showcasing her remarkable dedication to improving our world. Known for her groundbreaking research on chimpanzees and lifelong advocacy for environmental conservation, Dr Goodall's lecture drew an eager audience to embrace her insights on urgent global challenges.

Dr Goodall's message was urgent and clear: we are at a critical juncture in our relationship with the planet, and collaboration is essential.
