For the attention of event organizers in all Faculties/departments/units

Public events and continuing professional development (CPD) courses are among the performance indicators on Knowledge Exchange (KE) as prescribed by the University Grants Committee (UGC). Since 2012/13, the functions of the HKU Event Management System (HKUEMS) have been expanded such that apart from publicity of HKU events, data on public events and CPD courses are extracted from the system for reporting to the UGC each year.

Administrative staff members who are involved in event organization in Faculties/departments/units are invited to attend the HKUEMS Workshop scheduled as follows:
